This evenings festivities started out with little fan fare with the signs telling everyone where to place the recorders and video cameras which Cory removed right after the meeting.
To start; re introduction of two deputies who appeared for the meeting one Sgt. and the other a tall, thin blonde haired deputy who stopped by and left. Exposed misses deputy Dickson he was a super deputy and just plan fun the have around, next time Sheriff Elder can you please send Deputy Dickson back if necessary, thanks.
We learned today that the reason for deputies is Abby Kirkbride, hey Abby no one is threating you so next time for cost savings stay up in Denver and do a phone conference if you got issues. If your firm has concerns then quit and stay up there, we are sure BHFS can afford to quit. Oh sorry; my bad, you guys make bank on our boards ineptitude.
Back to the board meeting, We had record numbers come see the “the Bird finger video” by Jan Pizzi to Mr. Pace
The meeting started out as usually and quickly it took an exciting turn. The board went thought the motions but when it came time for reports they didn’t do them in public for both the park n rec and the water and waste water. For the first time in Woodmen Hills history they didn’t do the reports at the meeting and after the public comment and Abby’s comments they ended the meeting.
Next is the very noticeable absents of Lisa Peterson, Daniel Cole, and Jerry Jacobson and Jina St James. No reasons were given but as predicted Daniel Cole knew that he had zero leg to stand on so his absents was an admission of guilt. So was Lisa Peterson.
The lawyers report was simple and Abby told the board that they needed to defer to the bond lawyers who needed to go over numbers and there is a cost associated with it so Josh said go for it. As predicted and right on cue 4 way ranch was the topic and Peter Martz was a no show, Wonder why?
Then what came next was history in the making. Right after the meeting exposed decided to do a little documentary of the meeting and what took place was priceless. (Sorry I had to re-write the story cause I was so excited I messed up my typing sorry). Exposed was so giddy I can’t tell you the energy level was electric. Once I un-paused the camera and started to film the after commentary I turned the video over towards Jan and the crowd. The expression says it all. take notice of body lanugage and total disgust on her face says it all.
Right after that is when Cory and Jan left the room and went to the kitchen and now we have to say it this way cause Exposed didn’t hear names but f-bombs were dropped several times and as Exposed was standing at the water cooler for about 20 seconds getting a dring and Cory noticed Exposed and the commentary stopped and they both walked out of the kitchen with totally disgusted looks on their faces. Priceless.
Later on Exposed asked Cory if we could use the rec center for a candidate forum and she said “call the district office” and I reminded her she was the park n rec supervisor and turned and went back into the meeting room. Cory entered as I asked Shuckin and Jiven Josh if we could use the center and Cory Gambardella cut in and with a flippant remark said “he’s just gonna twist my words” and I said don’t need to you said what you said no need to twist it and she gave me the stink eye and I just walked away.
In my 12 years I said Jan is notorious for being a potty mouth and the head of the clique.
Janice Pizzi extends the “your number 1” sign to Exposed and you barely make out the finger but the extension of the hand is easy to see the intent and the look on her face is priceless. We are going to see if we can get the video adjusted to see the entire finger but the gesture is all we wanted to see
It was Jan’s way of saying GTH for busting her receiving emails of a confidential nature from the lawyers illegally. See incumbent Anthony Pizzi isn’t using his own email for communications, he is using his wife’s. He knew doing that was illegal and breached attorney client privilege and a slew of regulations and bylaws, not to mention those emails are not subject to privilege. Jan should not have been getting those emails/
Hey Daniel don’t try to put spin on this one cause we are going to file a report on it and hold Jan accountable for her actions.
Jan recently discovered that Rusty and Randy are not doing attack flyers for this years election and Jan is very unhappy that the district will not be getting help and her being caught receiving illegal attorney client emails is ripe for investigation. The law is clear Jan is not an elected official and should not be receiving those emails.
We are loading the video for you to see. This is Jans’ last stand and she knows without help her husband, Porter and St James will not likely get elected.
Notice to all as we understand as before we have had signs go missing, posts go missing and a few other notables, if I catch any district staff removing signs or posts the sheriff will be notified, nothing personal but leave it to Mr. Reid’s employees. We are applying for temp permits for 5 signs to be posted at two intersections.
