Pay for use picking up steam and moving along. Board members jobs on the line.

over 450 visitors to this site a record for a non election day.

Thanks so much.

We here at exposed are seeking legal advise to see what legal steps can be done to elevate the park n rec fee.

What the board has not told everyone is there are ways to remove it and the issue is this.

The boards past obligated current owners to pay back debt by blowing though money and incurring increasing operating cost over the past 9 years that caused the board to have to raise fees self inflected wounds.

The park n rec came under a certain board member and she sold you all a bag of …… in terms of operations. Now after years of neglect the centers need major upgrades due to lack of someone not doing the job while on the board.

The study confirms the lack of maintenance and attention given. No amount of misdirection can fix it. Now you the owner will shoulder the burden once again for others ineptitude. Pure and simple. Under a certain ex board members tenure the board was in-charge of the park n rec and is squarely the person mostly responsible for the current situation.

Now the board wants you to foot a bill of up to 5,200,000.00 dollars to undue the situation.

What the Navy guy said was right on is this, the person who had a direct hand in this should not be the person who is “consulting” on it.

What is clear is this the 53.78 will not be enough to carry out an estimated 5 million dollar job that could have been avoided if one person did their job while on the board.

In Boston, buildings go 50 years without renovations our is under 20 and of that 8 years was while a certain person was calling the shots. Is this the person you think is a good fit for such a job?

Now again Mr. Pace says pay back the debt your dam self. You did to us not us, not us to you.

The board was not thinking of you only itself and it shows.
