Update; On 5-4-2017 a second submission for all CTF related files for expenditures was sent along with a request for the RFP that Woodmen Hills should have posted in connection for the waste water treatment plant.

Requests for records denied by Woodmen Hills see this response by Woodmen Hills on the compensation for Gene, Lisa claiming their compensation is “employee, employer relationship protected.
A concerning issue, Mr. Cole is a contractor and must have been issued a tax form showing payments from Woodmen hills so Woodmen Hills claims to not have a tax records are wrong. Well as shown Woodmen Hills claims he is a contractor and as such must have been issued 1099 for services. Where is it ? They say he has none so how did he report these earnings from Woodmen Hills if there is no tax record as claimed by WHMD?On the note for Petersons, Cozzilinos and Mr. Cole all have 1099’s and W-2s as is required by law but as shown in the response by WHMD they are claiming “exemption” from having to produce them but say in the response “the district has no record to fulfill this request” this is a false claim and misnomer, by federal and state law they must maintain and issue those tax records to each person. The record exist but they claim they have no records and this is factually incorrect.
For those are following this matter Woodmen Hills failed to site the entire law as shown.
(4.5) “Personnel files” means and includes home addresses, telephone numbers, financial
information, and other information maintained because of the employer-employee relationship, and
other documents specifically exempt from disclosure under this part 2 or any other provision of law.
“Personnel files” does not include applications of past or current employees, employment agreements, any amount paid or benefit provided incident to termination of employment , performance ratings, final sabbatical reports required under section 23-5-123, C.R.S., or any compensation, including expense allowances and benefits, paid to employees by the state, its
agencies, institutions, or political subdivisions.
Cough up the records Lisa as shown you are not following the request for records and I am entitled to those records sought.
Woodmen Hills has paid 40,000.00 dollars to Mr. Coles company for communications which started right after the May 2016 election. Mr. Cole is paid 4,000.00 per month to spin Woodmen Hills in a good light as I said and is of fact now. The other scope of his representation is pretty clear as shown in the contract.
The scope of Mr. Coles business relationship is as follows
1.Development and maintenance of a web site
2.Development and maintenance of a social media
3.Development and maintenance of an e-blast campaign
4.Assistance with the district newsletter
5.Proactive and reactive mass media relations
6.Other activities that would further the district communication objective. Any and all products produced under this agreement is the property of Woodmen Hills.
The district hired a “spin doctor” for any such purpose of putting out “reactive” responses for any conditions that become an issue.
The other part of the contract is for
“Designing and implementing a comprehensive communications strategy, in order to improve both internal communications between the districts and its residents and external communications between the district and the community of builders and prospective homebuyers”
Well this part is of major concern to anyone who read the service plan.
Woodmen Hills in not in business to sell homes or worry about value and become a conduit for builders in the area.
The service plan is simple and spells out what the objectives for Woodmen Hills are.
This solidifies my original comments about Woodmen Hills being in the home selling business and selling Woodmen Hills to “prospective buyers” is not the job of the board.
This is not in the scope of the service plan for Woodmen Hills. The board has clearly over stepped its bounds in hiring a “spin doctor” for matters not related to water, waste water and park and rec.
So far Woodmen Hills has spent and will continue to spend 4,000.00 a month of rate payers money on being home sellers and propaganda machine.
I said it then and now Woodmen Hills board is run amuck and must be stopped. removing corruption is not easy but it is with others help.

I don’t have the final count but as soon as I do I will gladly tell you. The vote to remove you as president came from other board members as well, that was not a vote off the board just a change of title, which has happened to me and Jennifer Barber as we both stayed on the board. To serve the community was more important than our ego.

Lynne you seem to forget there were two meetings to work things out with you and you called them “bogus”. There were 13 items and you admitted to 11 so I don’t think they were “bogus”. Dishonest is not a work you should be using considering there were many things you did not let the rest of the board know about. Just saying.
Now I am no lawyer but divulging ES minutes is highly illegal and unethical. Also it signifies that someone is giving out that information, now I wonder who could be possibly leaking ES session minutes. Does it rhyme with Pizzi? This signifies a serious breach of ethics like our President Trump warned about. It seems the board is mirroring what is happing in Washington.
How did Pizzi get access to ES minutes about Mrs. Bliss? Why did Jan reveal the content of those classified records? Could it be Mike let her listen to the now destroyed tape? Did Peterson her BFF let her in on it? No one knows but this startling revelation is not going away anytime soon.

Attached are the CORA’s as asked for by so many. The CTF issue is attached the 1099’s for Killett and Pizzi were never surrendered or responded to by CORA and no reason for why they were not. Pizzi claimed I have her tax records.
It is also noted and of record electronically that CORA has stopped responding to CORA as the last transmission is over 2 weeks past due.
Mrs. Pizzi made this claim on the CTF CORA but she is not the liaison for Woodmen Hills that falls to Mr. Cole the contracted “communications” person.

Because this is a work in progress we do not have all the bills as the work has not been completed yet which is why you do not have them. Nothing hiding here.
She admits Woodmen Hills as some bills and just not all the bills. Being a work in progress does not absolve WHMD from responding to my request as any receipts are for items already purchased. Since the job is being done by employees to save on labor the cost does not include labor cost estimated in the neighborhood of 10-20 grand in lost time by employees. So just add this to the overall cost to get the real number.
I called RBD and we are set to discuss the matter as I found comments made interesting.

Mr. Pace bravo keep digging. Directors salaries are not the same as compensation. Ms. Peterson is not being paid 70K she is paid at a much higher rate over 100K don’t let others tell you otherwise.

I submitted a CORA for her records stay tuned as they will most likely just send over salary report which is not “compensation”. As I said the facts give WHMD a black eye.
