Update; the board of directors for Woodmen Hills specifically Anthony Pizzi stated that the board stop doing payables in 2012 to hide their indiscretions from the public. I said when we get corrected info we will post it. We stand corrected it’s been over five years since this board has been transparent because they have to hide their indiscretions from the public thank you Mr. Pizzi for being honest about hiding the corrupt actions of Woodmen Hills board and its employees. This shows exactly what exposed was trying to tell everybody that Woodmen Hills is a bunch of corrupt puppets trying to hide your illegal Behavior by now proving that they stopped doing payables for over 5 years ago. Corruption at its best you heard it here and yes we stand corrected it wasn’t one year it was over 5 years. This proves without a doubt that Woodmen Hills has something to hide and the corrupt Board of Puppets just verified what exposed has been trying to tell everybody for years. Again exposed proved that woman Hills does not know what the meaning of transparency is this coming from an ex-cop Pizzi. The reason given at the meeting was absolutely stupid they claimed it would take too long to sign the checks but didn’t realize that all they had to do was ratify the payables which make it a public record how pathetic that the board of directors don’t have the time to ratify the payables which takes 5 minutes they missed the point nothing like corruption folks and exposed was there and recorded it all you’re welcome

Exposed did some research and found Woodmen Hills stopped taking a vote on the monthly “payables” for expenditures not only on record but as visually shown in video records.
In the past the board would wait until the end of the meeting and take a vote to pay the bills and sign checks after the meeting was over.
This has not been the case,the board that claims to be transparent stopped doing what is or even maybe legally required by the “Sunshine Law” in that all financial transactions are to be conducted in public and “payables” is one of those transactions.
Why is this significant? Well the payables are the way any citizen can track the expenditures of the (corrupt) board of any water district. This is the first and foremost action one can take to investigate who is getting the money from the public’s wallets.
The puppet board of Woodmen Hills has stopped this last year. As verified by DOLA, the SDA and one lawyer who wished to remain anonymous.
This is significant in the fact that the accountant for any such water district has the ability to hide certain shall we say “backdoor” transactions or have any number of ways for say a contractor or consultant get compensation off the books.
One way is having a contractor or person who has been given a contract and have the contractor grease the palm off the books for the award. This is one form of greasing a person. There are others and people who owned businesses back east know what exposed it saying.
